By default, access.caltech credentials are required to log into CaltechDATA. The JPL library can mediate access to CaltechDATA, following the instructions at https://jpl-nasa.libguides.com/research-data/publish-data. If you have Caltech-associated data but do not have access.caltech credentials, please email data@caltech.edu for assistance.
