Yes! You can access the O'Reilly Safari ebooks platform via this link. You will be prompted for your access.caltech credentials.

The O'Reilly Safari learning platform includes 40K+ books and 30K+ hours of video tutorials running the gamut from computer science and programming, through data analysis, and on to variety of topics in business, career development, and travel. O’Reilly provides a mobile app for tablet and phone access – iOS and Android. Safari is not Kindle-compatible.

The O'Reilly Safari learning platform may also be accessed from the O'Reilly Learning app. After launching, log-in with your *@caltech.edu email address, and then select SSO to sign-in with your access.caltech credentials. Please note that the earlier Safari To Go app has been deprecated and does not work with the O'Reilly Safari learning platform. Also note that the app does not allow for personal account creation.

From the publisher: "Learn when you want, where you want, online or offline. Access your O’Reilly account from the mobile app (available on Android and iOS), and never lose your place. All your devices are automatically synced. The O’Reilly app allows you to take your online learning with you on the go. Download as many books and videos as you would like. Start reading on one device, and pick up where you left off on another, with effortless syncing of highlights and position. Discover new content to add to your playlists."

More information about app compatibility with different platforms and e-readers is available online.

Sign-in with *@caltech.edu email address, for both browser and mobile app. Otherwise, you can use the proxied link here.
