The Library received the following message from Overleaf about this issue:
You should have received an email message from welcome@overleaf.com with a link to confirm your email address. If you could, please check your spam or junk mail folders, since unfortunately sometimes different mail systems can misclassify our messages. If you can't find the email, or if the link has expired by now, you can send another one by visiting your account settings page and clicking "Resend confirmation email" under the caltech.edu email address you've added.
Once the email address is confirmed, your account will have access to all the Pro features provided at Caltech. Please feel free to write back to us directly if you run into any troubles with this.
