It's easy to create a quick bibliography from your Zotero library. Select the references or collections you want to include (hold the CTRL key and click to select multiple items), right-click, select “Create Bibliography from Items,” and choose your citation style, output mode (in this case Bibliography), and output method (RTF, HTML, copy to clipboard, or print). Your best bet is to "Copy to Clipboard" and then paste.
