If you see a book in your library account in error, or receive an overdue or recall notice on a book that you returned, please contact the circulation department and provide the following information:

  • The book title

  • When you returned it, if you remember

  • Where you returned it (to the circulation desk or a drop box), if you remember

We'll look for the book and update you. We'll also check our circulation system, as an email notice may have been sent by mistake. While we look for the book, we also ask that you search your checked out library books. Occasionally, a similar looking book or a book with a similar title is returned by mistake.
