The quick answer is no but there's still some good news. If a PDF contains a DOI or ISBN, Zotero queries Crossref and WorldCat first and then queries Google Scholar. Both Crossref and WorldCat provide authoritative and verified information that is more reliable than Google Scholar. Many indexes and databases are proprietary so access can be complicated.
