Yes. Caltech has a site license to PNAS. If Caltech authors select to publish their accepted manuscript open access (OA) they can enjoy a $350 savings on the article processing charge (APC). Instead of paying $1450, corresponding authors at Caltech pay $1100. The PNAS website has more information on this policy.
