It's easy to find out where Zotero has stored PDFs on your local computer. First, open Zotero Standalone then go to Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Files and Folders, and then click on 'Show Data Directory.'
In that directory, within a folder labeled storage, you should find a series of additional folders with unique labels (e.g. 2TCQAP29). Each of the those folders contains a single PDF.
