We have canceled our subscription to Journal Citation Reports. If you just need the impact factor for a single journal, you can do a search in Web of Science for an article from that journal and click on the journal title:

When you click on the journal title, a window will pop up with impact factor information:

There's also an alternate journal ranking database called Scimago.
